RETURN POLICY
- RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY
- IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING THAT IS DAMAGED, PLEASE EMAIL US AT customerservice@flannelnfringe.com
- Returns must be received in new condition, unwashed, unworn, unaltered, no signs of makeup or scent of perfumes/deodorant, smoke or stains AND WITH TAGS ATTACHED
- Shoes must come in their original box/packaging and have no signs of wear
- NO RETURNS OF JEWELRY due to hygienic reasons or BAGS (unless broken upon receipt)
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL-not eligible for return/exchange/refund
- Returned merchandise must be postmarked 7 days from confirmed delivery date shown on your tracking number. If we receive it after this window, it will not be accepted and customer will be responsible for cost of having it shipped back to them
- Customers are responsible for all shipping cost for returns
- Flannel 'n Fringe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS customer service if you believe your package was lost or stolen
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Please email us if you need to make an exchange: customerservice@flannelnfringe.com
- Once product is received , you'll receive a store credit via gift card to your email (gift cards never expire)
- Due to fast turnover, please note that we cannot hold any items while waiting on the returns. If you're needing to exchange it for another size, we recommend promptly placing a new order before it sells out. Be sure to include a note in your returning package letting us know so that we can issue a refund for the original item
- Customers are responsible for all shipping cost for exchanges
